Laura graduated in psychology from the Complutense University of Madrid and holds a master’s in Health Psychology. She has worked in multicultural settings and various countries. She has experience in the psychological treatment of people with disabilities, training for an international health company, coordinating activities for a Dementia Day centre, and working with an international centre specialised in eating disorders. Laura uses an integrative approach, blending Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and third-generation therapies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness. She assists her clients to find peace and well-being by offering individualised tools and helping them identify the source of their discomfort.
